Our priority is to ensure that you are satisfied with your Diamonds by Lauren purchase.
You may return your purchase for a refund or exchange if you are unsatisfied for any reason. Our return policy takes effect starting from the day you receive the item, and not before then. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Special orders and custom-made items are not returnable.
We cannot accept items for return that have been altered or damaged. You must call us to obtain a return authorization PRIOR to shipping the item back to us. Packages without return authorizations will not be accepted. This is important as we will also be giving you specific shipping instructions for your protection. We are happy to answer any questions you may have regarding this policy. Refunds will be processed within 2 weeks of return in the form of the original payment method - the exception being bank wires and Chase QuickPay which are refunded by check. Refunds may be subject to a 3% restock fee.
Size Adjustment Policy
Clients who purchase any or our rings from stock are entitled to one free finger size adjustment between size 5, and 7 ( for ladies rings). Sizes outside this range may incur additional charge for adjustment. Please contact us for details on sizes smaller than 5 and larger than 7. If a refund is requested, there will be a size adjustment charge deducted from the refund. Subsequent size adjustments are very reasonably billed at client's expense. If a ring is ordered in the wrong size, the client will be responsible for a reasonable size adjustment charge, as well as shipping charges. In the case of micro pave shanks, only one size adjustment is possible. Due to our lifetime workmanship warranty, if a subsequent size adjustment is needed, the client will have to purchase a new shank from us to maintain the lifetime workmanship warranty. If the client does not wish to do this, we will adjust the size the ring, however the warrantee will be void subsequent.
We may accept a diamond you purchased from us, at the price you paid, for a credit towards a new purchase from our in-stock inventory. Special orders are not eligible. The new item must be at least two times your original purchase price. If you purchased your ring from our extensive selection of in stock rings, and it is in good condition, we may accept both your ring and the diamonds for a trade. If we are making a custom ring for you, only the center diamond will be eligible for a subsequent trade up. Chipped stones, custom-made rings, or those showing excessive wear will not qualify for trade up. Only one item may be traded at a time. Trade up is available for most rings and earrings. If trading up is something you are considering, please check with us at the time of purchase to make sure your item qualifies.
We may be interested in buying your diamond, gold, and platinum jewelry. Diamonds with GIA reports are most often considered- but we willl consider other items.
For consumers wishing to sell to dealers ( including us), fair market prices are far below retail- or even wholesale prices. If you have an offer bring it to us- we'll either do better - or let you know the offer was fair, if we can.
We want to make sure your DBL ownership experience is trouble free. We guarantee the workmanship of all our jewelry. Although our jewelry is exceptionally well made, please note that some items are more fragile than others- micropave ring designs in particular may require some special care. THe workmanship warantee is not applicable to damage done to jewelry due to normal, or excessive wear.
Normal wear and tear may include the occasional loss of small melee stones from micropave. If this is a concern, please talk to us when we are designing your ring, or when you purchase an item from stock.
If your jewelry is damaged, we can repair it at a very reasonable cost, giving you the peace of mind that comes from knowing your item is in the hands of the expert craftsmen who created it. We do guarantee that all our jewelry will be free from defects in the workmanship, for as long as you own it. This warantee does not cover wear and tear. The warantee is voided if a third party carries out any repair or other work on the item without our approval.
All photos on our website are of the actual diamonds we own, have owned, or had in our possession. All photos are the sole property of Diamonds by Lauren (Rock Diamond Corp.), and any unauthorized use will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
GIA does not endorse or certify any diamond or seller. If the term GIA Certified or GIA Certificate appears in an auction or on our website, it is not meant to imply that GIA endorses any diamond or diamond seller in any way.
We sell ONLY natural mined diamonds. NONE of our diamonds have been color or clarity enhanced in any way. All the diamonds we offer have been purchased from cutters that are in compliance with the United Nations resolutions regarding conflict free diamonds. We guarantee that these are conflict free diamonds based on personal knowledge and written guarantees provided by the cutter/supplier of these diamonds.
