Natural Yellow Pear Shaped Diamonds are a hard to find item - especially attractive ones.
We got it from the cutter, and it’s never been to GIA.
Given the fact they are certainly going to grade it I1, there’s no surprise why the cutter saved the about $175 for the GIA report.
This is one of those i1 diamonds that suffers practically zero visual effect due to the clarity. The nature and placement of the imperfections, deep within the diamond, make them impossible to see with the naked eye. I can make them out in the photos.
