1.81ct Fancy Intense SI1 Cushion Cut Diamond
Here's a very special stone. Nicer Intense yellows are getting harder and harder to find. This one is a very desirable size at 1.81cts.
The color is very pure and true. on a scale of 1-10, where 1 is fancy Yellow and 10 is Vivid Yellow the diamond is about a 6. It's canary, for sure.
The cut is an amazing "bucket of dazzle". Mostly scintillation, with a bit of larger flashes, and contrast.
The clarity grade, at SI1 saves about 10% over a stone of this color and cut in a VS1 grade. In return you get a totally eye clean diamond- there's not a human alive who could discern the imperfections with the naked eye. There's a minuscule black carbon crystal, and a very benign white feather.
Overall a sweet stone which will look amazing set.
The price is very attractive - especially comparing it to 2ct stones that cost about 25% more and might not even face up larger.
