The cut is going to appeal to you "chunky cushion" lovers. Man, the fire of this stone is off the scales.

The stone could just as easily be an Old Mine Brilliant, based on the light performance. Except it's perfectly symmetrical. And it's brand new. No damage, chips, etc- like you might find on true antiques.

I love the shape - of course, that's personal preference- but it's a fact that 9mm is pretty durn large.

Bright white- I love the G color as well.

The SI2 clarity- and all the stuff on the AGSL report- that's the elephant in the room.

SO the scoop is- I honestly believe GIA would grade this diamond I1.

Having said that- the stone is very much eye clean.

No doubt someone with very shape vision can pick up a few specs.

But the number and dispersion of the imperfections mean none are large - and they're not concentrated in one spot. The bottom line- the stone looks massively amazing- especially considering the price.

If you're extremely clarity conscious, this stone ain't for you.

If you're over 40ish (sorry to have to get personal) it's not likely you'd be able to pick up the slight imperfections.
