Our goal is always client satisfaction. Sometimes we do things other companies don't. In this case it was accepting a custom made special order ring for a full refund.
We made the ring based in a few pictures. I can't blame our guys in the way they made the ring - in fact I love it. I also can't fault our client - after all, sometimes a picture and reality don't match.

The sapphire itself is a brilliant stone - our client did love the stone. I love the graceful "swoopy" curves of the design. |
