This is a perfect setting for this canary diamond. I love the way the stone floats in its delicate frame.
The chain is as nice as they come- the whole piece is so well made.

I love pear shaped diamonds - the teardrop shape is intrinsically pleasing to my eye. Then, once you add this intense yellow color, it's through the roof beautiful in my eyes. Of course it's your eyes that we need to please – which is why we post so many photos.
About the color- it's strong and true. I love the way the stone is cut in terms of shape, and also size. It is quite large for its weight. The sharper eyed among you will notice that the symmetry was graded "fair" by GIA. Not to worry though, the reason for this is not visible to the naked eye. It has to do with facet of shape and size on the back of the diamond.
We did get a wonderful price on the stone due to that one aspect. Overall it's an amazing stone. It will look great once we set it. |
