This is an antique pin. We converted it to a pendant, as it seems much more practical nowadays. We estimate the piece to have been made in the 1940s.
This is based on the filigree design, and the fact that the diamond is a transitional cut from that period. The workmanship is immaculate – the beautiful filigree is in perfect condition.
There is a small marquis sapphire mounted across from the Diamond. The stone is a nice lively blue.
We have mounted the piece on a 16 inch chain. We guarantee the piece to be 14 karat white gold. When we removed the pin mechanism, the content stamp came with it. Therefore, there is no content stamp on the piece, and we do not want to risk damaging it by placing a stamp on it.
