The Diamonds
How do we find such treasures?
We have strong ties to some of the
world's largest cutters of fancy colored diamonds. Below is a look at a
large parcel of rough diamonds.
I shot this video while in the overseas
offices of one of those cutters. It gives you a scope of the resources
necessary to actually marshal and display as many diamonds as we do.
Ultimately, the valuable service we provide to these cutters, is a
tremendous benefit to our clientele. We sell a lot of
diamonds. That's why we can continually add new and rare natural diamonds
every week- while maintaining very sharp pricing.
If
you've ever been shopping for pink diamonds, the price of these little
guys won't really shock you.
A common question we get here: "I want a nice looking one carat pink diamond,
and I've $10,000 to spend, what have you got?"
Many people who are diamond
lovers- people familiar with colorless diamonds- have no idea whatsoever about a
pink diamond.
How
much would a
nice one carat pink cost- if it was vividly colored as these guys? Let's just say
$250,000 for conversations sake.
Conversation's sake because if someone had one it could well be double.
That's just how rare they are.
We
got them directly from the cutter- no GIA's.
They
are guaranteed Natural.
The
color is incredibly pure pink.
