.56ct E SI1 Round Brilliant Diamond
This is not a "perfectly cut" diamond by today's standards. Does that make it a "bad" diamond? No.
In fact, some people will prefer the way this diamond looks as compared to a top of the line cut by modern standards. Plus, the stone looks quite large for its weight. The best diamond expert in the world will not be able to tell the stone is merely "Good/Good" on the polish and symmetry ratings by eyeballing the diamond. None of your friends will ever know any of that, but they will admire the amazing color and life of this diamond.
It has strong blue fluorescence - and you can see the slight blue tint in some of the pictures. There are no negative aspects to the fluorescence. The stone is a super white E color.
GIA graded the clarity SI1. SI gets a horrible rap if you listen to some diamond sellers. I love an SI1 stone like this because it is totally eye clean. Put all this together and the price on this diamond is spectacular. We'd love to set her for you.
