1.50ct Fancy Intense Yellow I1 Diamond
If you're looking for a diamond with stunning lemony yellow color, very close to vivid, and you love cushion cut diamonds - this could be a good stone for you. If you're looking for a really well priced value stone due to reasons that don't really deter from the look of the diamond, this could be a great stone for you.
A carat and a half intense yellow cushion cut diamonds can cost quite a bit more than this one. The reason, simply, is the clarity. The cutter did not submit the diamond for a full GIA report. Instead, they opted for the half-report that just talk about the color. I have graded the diamond I1 clarity however, that is a very, very strict grade. The diamond is totally eye clean, and in fact it is very difficult to spot the imperfection that causes me to grade the diamond as an I1 clarity diamond – and I'm talking about trying to find the imperfection with a jewelers loupe!
In terms of cut, it's a cushion cut, with a ton of sparkle. There is also no fluorescence. This diamond will look gorgeous set into a ring.
