1.50ct Fancy Yellow VS2 Cushion Cut Diamond Halo Ring
Here is a great bargain on a GIA graded Fancy Yellow VS2 cushion modified brilliant diamond. Actually the GIA classification is "ROUND-CORNERED RECTANGULAR MODIFIED BRILLIANT"
Looks like a cushion to me. Plus, it's very close to square in appearance.
We got a great deal from the cutter, and we pass that along to you. The stone has a lovely, kind of funky antique vibe to the cut. A small table, supported by a high crown contribute to that.
There are a lot of small sparkly facets, and some larger facets as well – it makes for a very cool look. Great cushion shape, and the stone has good size for its weight.
The stone's color is very pretty. It is a solid fancy yellow. Not quite Intense Yellow, but noticeably darker than a Fancy Light Yellow. Totally eye clean VS2 clarity.
A great value, we will not be able to repeat the stone with this at this price.
The Ring
The center diamond is set surrounded by 12 Fancy Light Pink round diamonds for a total weight of .58cts. The shank is set with colorless diamonds to give a lovely contrast.
The overall effect is breathtaking - a beautiful pink lemonade look.
