2.02ct W-X, Natural Light Yellow VS1 Cushion Cut Split Shank Diamond Halo Ring
Here is another example of why I love the lower colored "alphabet" colored diamonds. Let's face it, most people don't know what an "W-X Range light yellow ” is. To many diamond lovers, this really does not matter. When they see it, it's a light yellow diamond. Not an “off colored” diamond, but a definite light yellow colored diamond.
The reasons it's beautiful, besides the color, have to do with incredible clarity, and a beautiful cut. It's a lovely cushion cut, in a broad rectangular shape. The sparkle is pervasive it covers every part of the diamond. The stone also has good size for its weight. There is no fluorescence.
Despite the beauty, and lack of any obvious imperfection in cut clarity or color, this diamond is about one third the price of many two carat diamonds that many people purchase.
The Ring
We were asked to make a version of our split shank double halo ring- this is the result.
It’s amazing. There are some elements that change in the translation to single halo, from the double halo design. For example, the split shank becomes more prominent.
Personally I love that detail, but it does not matter what I think. Just ask my wife.
Seriously.
When we undertook this project, the client was given a money back guarantee. That’s why you’re able to buy this ring now.
If you’re like me, and you love the way it looks, you’re in luck because it has a great price.
Lovely hand forged claw prongs in 18kt yellow gold. Beautiful scoop U cut micro pave. Intricate, yet smooth to the touch. There is also a graceful angle to the split of the shank.
Overall it’s a substantial ring, and the stone looks remarkably yellow.
The photos above are ACTUAL Photos of the diamond that you will receive.
