Green Diamonds are quite rare
If we were to make a scale- in terms of ultimate value- a pure green diamond is incredibly rare. A pure green ( say Fancy Intense Green) is likely worth as much as- if not more- than a Fancy Intense Blue.
Add a slight yellow modifier and the green is now priced within the reach of mere mortals.
This remarkable diamond is quite difficult to photograph- hit it with a the bright lights we use to get these ultra close ups, and it's almost opaque. Below I've captured her in low light.
In person, the diamond has a lot of brilliance- I think you can see that in the Youtube.
This is an I1 diamond-I don't feel that the spots are easily visible- I can't see them naked eye, but you might. They don't impact the diamond from a brilliance standpoint whatsoever.
In the two photos above I've placed the green diamond in our pink gold halo set with pink diamonds... cool combo that- green/pink!
