We take all these photos, and the videos- to give you a really good idea of how the diamond looks. In this case, the color is quite unusual. The orange and brown conspire with the Strong Blue Fluorescence to produce some almost purple overtones.
The imperfection that caused GIA to call this diamond to be graded SI2 is clearly visible in these photos. Not the case looking at it in real life. I would not call the diamond "Eye Clean"- but it will take a sharp eye to see the imperfection- it does not jump out at you.
Brown diamonds can also present some great values. A G color diamond could easily be 50% more.
The custom made ring is comfortable and low to the finger. The design is totally integrated-all the parts fit together perfectly.
Natural Fancy Yellow Half Moons are another rare item- they really set off the unique and vibrant center diamond.
This ring makes a statement.
You're not the kind of person that wants the same thing everyone else does. The combination is striking.
