Actual photos and Video of the Ring we are offering Amazing color and cut- that's what draws my eye to this stone. Forget about tying to distinguish individual facets- the facet arrangement and general cutting style creates a "bucket of crushed lemon ice" look. It's absolutely dazzling in person. Rare enough to see "Very Good" in both polish and symmetry in a colorless diamond. IN a fancy color? Not that common- and this is a fancy colored diamond, make no mistake about that. The color is a lovely and pure light lemon yellow. At 3.66 carats it's a desirable size- and easily looks 4 carats GIA graded the diamond SI2 clarity- although I feel they were extremely tough on it. If you look at the plot- you'll see that there's not a lot of imperfection. Also that it's location makes it all but invisible. The diamond is totally eye clean. .82ct total weight in G/Si1 Trilliant side diamonds offset the center beautifully. The ring is a lovely platinum and 18karat Yellow gold affair. Comfortable and low to the finger- especially considering you have 4.48ct total diamond weight on your finger! Diamond Color Chart for Yellow diamonds A note about photographing diamonds: The main goal we have is to most realistically represent the diamonds we are selling. In the case of Natural Fancy Colored Diamonds, they have different appearances based on the light source. You may notice that the diamond looks darker in some of the photos, and lighter in others. It is this way in real life as well. We choose the photos ( which are not retouched in any way for color) that most realistically represent the lightest and darkest face of the diamond |
