Here's a hand picked Top Light Brown Round Brilliant Diamond. We're good friends with the Indian Diamond Cutters who cut this diamond. They cut quite a few - I get to select the very nicest ones.
I picked this one because it's so well cut. 2cts, and 8mm on the nose. Not too thick of a girdle - most brown rounds are thicker.
A tremendous amount of bright flashes - and it's large enough to generate significant fire events.
The stone has wonderful subtones. Sometimes you can see the brown, and sometimes it looks almost colorless.
I graded the diamond SI1, though it's possibly a VS2. You can't make out the tiny carbon speck twitch the naked eye.
It's truly a lovely diamond. That's why I love Top Light Browns - and they're still far lower priced than yellow, or certainly colorless round diamonds.
