As an experienced diamond grader, it's my responsibility to fairly and honestly grade the stones we sell. I'm calling one of these stones I2, because in a case like this, I want to be critical. This way, when you see them, you'll be pleasantly surprised.
I mean, the pics give you the idea- but the sharp focus of the macro lens is not possible with the human eye. In person, you'll see the yellow sparkle. Generally speaking, one carat fancy yellow and intense yellow stones go for about $3000-$7500 per carat in VS clarity. Just putting the price in perspective here.
Are they an exact match? No. Is there an obvious difference? No again. In fact, they are a great match for shape. One is more intense yellow than the other.
The handmade mill grain bezels are over the top nice. The earrings have a nice weight- 18kt yellow gold. |
