We are known for wild wacky diamonds – so how can I pass this one up? I just love the cut!
I do believe that this is an old stone – the guy who brought it from he does buy estates. We got the stone with no GIA report, and that is also not surprising given the color and what I believe to be the age.
In terms of color, it’s definitely got some. Not in out in out yellow, but a warm feeling.
In terms of clarity – do not let the SI2 clarity scare you away. There are no black carbon spots, all the imperfections are centered at the very edge of the stone.
The cut – wow. Open culet and no point. That part of the stone is more around it. This is a one-of-a-kind for sure – just like you. |
