There is a large jewelry store chain that advertises on TV that all their diamonds are "selected by hand". We do them one better and select them using our feet. Seriously, if you think about it, if an operation has to supply 500 stores, how selective can they be?

We take our time, and select them one by one. Using our hands. And tweezers.

The most important tool we possess is our eyes. We have been trained to select only the best cut diamonds.
