.93ct Cushion Cut Colombian Emerald and Diamond Halo Ring
The instant you see this stone in person you will understand why we flipped when we saw it.
The color is remarkably pure. The cut and brilliance is amazing. The pictures show striations cutting across the stone. In real life you can not see these. They are there of course, a part of the structure of the emerald. However, the camera is far more sensitive than your eye in this regard.
The GIA report confirms the Colombian origin. Also please note the "F1" rating. This means the stone has had "minor" oil treatment. That's extremely rare and desirable. Stones with the rating of No indication of oil (clarity enhancement) do exist, but even more rare than F1 stones.
This is a rare and desirable puppy.
Personally, I feel it is worth the money simply on the basis of it's remarkable appearance. But the fact it's GIA graded Colombian, and F1 is icing on the cake.
The Ring
The ring is substantial in feel yet very delicate looking. The halo is beautiful and made to enhance the shape of the center stone. The emerald really pops in this setting. The claw shape prongs add a special touch to this ring. They are delicate and a work of art in their own right.
Everything has a very rounded look and feel to it. The halo edges are not sharp but nicely rounded for a soft touch.
The photos above are ACTUAL Photos of the diamond ring you will receive.
