5.13ct Emerald Cut Emerald and Diamond Halo Ring
I have this real "love-hate" thing going on with emeralds.
I LOVE the way a nice emerald looks in person, and I HATE the way they photograph.
Part of the reason has to do with the structure of the mineral. Part of it has to do with the unique nature of the color green.
The color of this stone, in person, is sublime.
In the photos it looks almost electric green to me. In real life it's a deep green- very rich.
In the pictures, the clarity characteristics are obvious- in person you can appreciate the fact that the stone has a warm sparkle. In bright lighting you an see the "garden" inside- but it's never a bother.
The Ring
I love these proportions H-U-G-E. This is a big mutha ring.
It's about 20mm from the outside edge of one half moon to the outside edge of the opposite stone.
The half moons themselves are a sweet pair. Perfectly shaped, and cut as well as you will find on half moon diamonds.
The pave work is flawless.
Nice shank at 2.2mm.
We try as hard as we can to give you a feeling for the piece - usually the photos tell most of the story- here they need to be explained.
At the end of the day- you have to be satisfied when this piece arrives- if not, you're getting a refund.
The photos above are ACTUAL Photos of the emerald and diamond ring you will receive.
