1.03ct Fancy Yellow Brown VS2 Radiant Cut Diamond
Brown diamonds trade at far more reasonable prices than white or yellow diamonds. That makes them very attractive as a value item.
Here is a one carat diamond that sells fraction of the price of most one carat diamonds. True, it was cut a big deep – which is typical for brown diamonds. However, this cut does not make the diamond suffer in terms of beauty. It does make it look a little bit smaller than many other one carat diamonds- but again, the price equalizes this.
When people see it they won't think it's anything but an exotic fancy colored diamond - this adds to the perceived value.
It is a lovely square shape and a "complex" color. Rich with yellow and orange undertones.
Due to the low cost of the stone - compared to colorless or yellow diamonds - and the time it takes to get a GIA report nowadays, we have not submitted the diamond to GIA. If you would like to purchase the diamond and have us submit it for you, we will be glad to do so. It takes about one month to six weeks, and the cost is about $300.
