Maybe it's the fact marquises are not all the popular right now- or just a really creative hand- this is a beautiful oval, in my opinion. Keeping in mind how taste comes into play. Some people will find this shape to exaggerated. Others may find it just right.

The color is a complex blend of brown and yellow - think honey. But words are inadequate to describe it....

The SI1 imperfection, which is barely visible in one of the photos, is very difficult to see under magnification, impossible to see in real life, naked eye.
