How much will my new diamond appraise for? |
This is
a very unusual diamond. I've never seen this combination of Orange and Brown
before.
I never
thought about it, but somehow this seems to add up to purple-pink. At least
in this case.
A word
about the photos: We always strive for accurate depiction. Using bright
lights helps a lot to get close ups. Generally we prefer that the color on
the screen is comparable- or slightly less than what we see in real life.-
in this case it looks pinker in the photos than in real life- on my
monitors. But still pink. Just a bit darker.
I advise
setting the stone in prongs, white gold, or platinum
There's
a number of imperfections that add up to the GIA I1 clarity grade. Overall
they are not visible naked eye- especially due to the depth of color.
The cut
is very nice for the color. It's got a lot of sparkle, in spite of such a
deep color- it sparkles even in dim lighting.
