We are known for diamonds, and diamond jewelry. Due to customer requests, we also carry gemstones like this beautiful sapphire. We have immaculate sources for these stones. This is such an elegant shape for a sapphire. This one has a cut which accentuates its incredibly lively character.

Originally we had this sapphire set between two Fancy Light Yellow radiant cut diamonds shown below.

We felt this stone would be better served with white diamonds on the side instead. The sapphire has such a deep, yet lively blue color. The stone is fascinating to gaze into. While at times, it seems the sapphire might have some purple in the tone, you could never confuse this stone with a tanzanite.

The new setting really brings out the beauty of this sapphire.

The side diamonds are beautiful in contrast to the sapphire. The side stones are gorgeous step cut trapezoid diamonds. They are totally colorless and clean.

These stones are rather sentimental to us, as they were one of the last two pairs of stones we bought from our old friend Sam Spade who has since retired. They were once emerald cuts and they were re-cut into the trapezoids by Sam.

The ring has a lovely claw prong design with incredibly clean lines. This is from our more affordable hand-forged shop - quality rings at a great price.

If you like the ring in these photos, you will love it in person - we guarantee it!

WE LOVE SAPPHIRES THAT SPARKLE

In the photo on the right, you can see what I'm talking about.

The Sapphire on the left is quite a nice one. Believe it or not, in this particular case, the Sapphire on the left had a higher price than the stone on the right- which is the stone I chose. It's making its new owner very happy as you read this.

Sparkle is the type of Sapphires, Rubies, and Emeralds we carry.

Our stones are all NATURAL - including this awesome Sapphire.

This one is a great example of the sparkle I love combined with a vibrant color.

Many Natural Sapphires, including this one, are heated during the cutting and finishing process.
