.46ct D VS2 Pear Shape Diamond Halo Ring
Here’s a lovely stone that was sitting in the vault of a cutter for all these years. Diamonds by Lauren has always been known for Fancy Colored Diamonds, but we’ve also carried colorless diamonds all along. This year, we’re adding more and more colorless, handpicked Fancy Shape Diamonds.
Talk about colorless! This one is super white - D color.
Totally eye clean VS2.
It is the cut that ties this all together producing a knockout ring. It’s a totally organic teardrop shape. The facets are arranged for a lovely sparkle throughout - there’s no “bowtie” effect. Great stone.
The Ring
Hand forged from 18kt white gold wire, the shank is 1.8mm, which presents a lovely delicate appearance - yet it’s stout enough to wear on a daily basis. The halo is slightly smaller wire, perfectly formed to cradle this particular pear shape. There’s no “off the shelf” parts here - we make them all.
We use incredibly well cut diamonds, all perfectly calibrated to size.
Once our setters are done, you can’t really see any metal- just dazzling diamonds. The ring is perfectly finished, even the inside surfaces.
Since this is a hand forged ring, it features the beautiful claw prongs
