2.51ct Yellow VS1 Cushion Lab Grown Diamond R11250

This diamond had me at first sight.

I was anxiously awaiting the delivery after seeing the pics.

The grower/online photos and videos on all the major site - basically a few different camera systems. None are consistently able to capture fancy colors accurately.

If anyone understands the difficulty in capturing fancy colored diamonds, it's me.

So I understand how hard it is.

I take a bunch of photos and select the ones that accurately represent the diamond. If that is possible. If not, we don't offer it.

Back to this gorgeous stone... I wasn't sure it would look this good... but it does.

And better - a lovely soft shade - looking exactly like a mined diamond graded Fancy Yellow by GIA.

It's a very unique stone in terms of cut too.

IGI calls it "Cushion Brilliant" - it is very reminiscent of an Old Mine Brilliant. Lovely open culet.

It's definitely not cheap. I would rather pay more for an exceptional stone than get a bargain on an average rock.
