If you think about it, when you combine yellow and brown, the results are unpredictable. Imagine mixing yellow paint them brown paint. You would get all different manner of hues as the two colors combined. In the case of this beautiful pear brilliant cut diamond, it really has a unique color that changes based on the lighting. One thing I do notice is the hint of orange. Of course, GIA did not notice it, which makes the diamond more reasonable than it would have been.

The cut is gorgeous – a lot of sparkle. I love the model - that’s the overall shape. It also has good size for its weight. You might confuse it with a half carat stone. Not to say that it’s huge, but those pack a punch for such a small stone. Totally eye clean VS2 clarity
