1.06ct J SI1 Cushion Cut Diamond
I love to find stones like this. Really nicely cut Cushion Brilliant in a matchbook proportion. It is rectangular, but just.
The light performance is a wonderful combination of smaller and larger flashes - a lot of scintillation. It also has a great size for the weight.
As a J color it does have a bit of warmth to it. I do not feel that detracts from a diamond's beauty, but of course that's a personal thing. An eye clean SI1. In this case a few tiny carbon crystals are a wonderful addition to the diamond, and they can't be seen, yet cause a decrease in the price.
I can see this stone in a halo or a solitaire.
