1.70ct Y-Z VVS2 Cushion Cut Diamond Halo Ring
This stone rocks. I mean, just look at it! I happen to LOVE this cut. You can see it for yourself, you may or may not agree.
GIA graded it "Cushion Modified Brilliant". The range of different looks which can get that same classification is broad. Basically, this one is very close to a radiant cut in shape, except the corners.
I'll tell you this, if you like the pictures, you'll love the stone in person.
It looks large for its weight. VG/VG, the cutter took care on this one. Desirable VVS2 clarity. Desirable size range. STRONG Y-Z color.
I could go on and on.
The Ring
This stone has indeed come alive in the setting the color now looks like a Fancy Yellow - it is really done well in the setting.
We have used a new parcel of Natural Pink Diamonds for the halo - they have a very strong color. Yes, this ring is just so incredibly rich in color. The yellow gold shank, set with yellow diamonds in a really lovely soft contrast to the pink. The yellow center stands out readily.
Artistically gorgeous cut down pave throughout. Ah, the lovely struts. I could go on and on...
Tremendous value overall in this ring.
